Depending on the intensity of the class you can burn around 400 to 500 calories in one session, i.e 50 min.

 

Will I be sore after a session?
Yes, the first two to three weeks will be tough for your body to adjust. however, once you get used to the program you'll feel sore less often.

 

What if I feel tired or can't get through the session?
The major reason for fatigue is muscle endurance which leads your heart to work harder leaving you tired. That said, if you are consistent you will see a completely new you and you can get through the exercise without any effort.

What is your refund policy?
As applicable, classes and membership packages are non-refundable. No exceptions.

 

What is the wait list?

Lots of our classes sell out. If the class you want is sold out, you can get on our waitlist. As clients cancel, you will be automatically added to the class in the order you signed up.

If you secure a spot more than 12 hours before the scheduled start time of the class, we will notify you by email.

 

Can I move my reservation?
If you are outside the 12-hour cancellation window, you can always switch to another class that’s not already sold out. If you need to move your booking — but there are less than 12 hours until your scheduled class — that’s considered a cancellation

 

What is your cancellation policy?
If you are not going to be able to make the class, you cancel at least 12 hours prior. This allows us to make sure someone else gets the spot if you can’t make it. Anything cancelled less than 12 hours before class starts is a late cancellation, and it will be considered a class.

 

What if I can't attend a scheduled Bootcamp session?

If you fail to attend a scheduled session, it will be counted as a no-show and you will lose the class opportunity.

Absolutely, there are lockers in the changing area.

 

Is water available here, or need I carry my own?
There is purified water within the studio. Bring your bottle to fill, As an alternative, you can pay a little fee to get bottled water.

 

Do you have showers and changing rooms?
Yes, there are changing rooms as well as showers here.

 

What do you provide as amenities?
Hair dryers and toiletries, hair straighteners, hair tongs, and hand towels are available in our changing rooms at no additional cost. There is a little fee for bath towels, which may be withdrawn from your wallet as needed.

 

What do I wear?Choose comfortable clothing that won't limit your range of motion. shorts or leggings with a singlet or t-shirt. Pilates socks are also required, which you may purchase at the front desk or bring with you.
